EPA and DOE honor Servidyne for protecting the environment through energy efficiency

ATLANTA – March 2, 2009 – SERVIDYNE, INC. (NASDAQ – SERV), a building performance efficiency and real estate company, is pleased to announce that it has been named 2009 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The 2009 Partner of the Year Award recognizes efforts to use energy efficiently in facility operations and to integrate superior energy management into overall organizational strategy.
