Barry Abramson, PEFounding Principal Barry has spent the past 40 years improving the energy efficiency, environmental impact, and economic performance of buildings. He has provided energy and sustainability consulting for many government and private sector organizations throughout the country. Barry joined Servidyne in 1981 and has been Principal of Servidyne, LLC since 2014. He leads Servidyne’s partnership with ENERGY STAR® and has been involved in the program since its inception. He is a former Chair of the USGBC’s LEED Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group and serves on the ASHRAE committee that wrote the Standard for Commercial Building Energy Audits. He was Principal Investigator for an ASHRAE research project on HVAC equipment service life, with results published in the ASHRAE Handbook and cited as a primary source throughout the building industry. Barry has delivered numerous webinars on HVAC and water system building readiness and energy efficiency, attended by several thousand real estate industry professionals. Barry graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, LEED AP O+M, and ASHRAE Building Energy Assessment Professional. |

Meghan McNulty, PE, LEED AP O+MSenior Engineer Meghan works with building owners and operators to reduce energy and emissions while improving indoor air quality. She specializes in investigating and modeling energy use in existing buildings, assessing ventilation systems, and compliance with local building policies. Meghan is a Registered Engineer in Georgia and LEED Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance (LEED AP O+M). She joined Servidyne in 2013 with a Master of Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University. Meghan volunteers with ASHRAE on the Government Affairs Committee; Standard Project Committee 62.1,Ventilation and Acceptable Indoor Air Quality, and Technical Committee 4.3, Ventilation Requirements and Infiltration as Chair. In 2019, she received the ASHRAE Government Affairs Award for outstanding effort and achievement in state, provincial, and local government activities in connection with technical issues related to society. |
