ATLANTA – June 24, 2008 – SERVIDYNE, INC. (NASDAQ – SERV), a building performance efficiency and real estate company, is pleased to announce it has been selected as the 45th best public company in Georgia by The Atlanta Journal Constitution in the newspaper’s annual Georgia 100 Best of Business report for 2008. Servidyne last made the list in 2006.

“This is one of the highest rankings on the list our company has yet achieved, which is a great testament to our continuing success in implementing our strategic plan, stated Alan R. Abrams, Servidyne’s Chairman, President and CEO. “We always are proud to deliver positive financial results to our stakeholders, but it sure is nice to have our efforts recognized in such a prestigious way. I know they calculate the ratings based on factors such as revenue growth, profitability and total return to shareholders, so it is not only a great distinction but also important third-party validation of our continuing progress,” he explained.

2008 marks the 15th year that The Atlanta Journal Constitution has completed the Georgia 100 Best of Business report. Rankings are determined by several weighted variables based on an organization’s annual financial results. Accountants from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the international accounting and business consulting firm, compile the results by retrieving the relevant financial data from the firms’ annual 10-K reports filed with the SEC. Other companies featured on the 2008 list include The Coca-Cola Company, Alflac, The Southern Company, Equifax, Home Depot, UPS, and Delta Air Lines.
