Getting Ready for Re-Entry

We’ve had the opportunity to participate in a number of webinars on COVID-19 and its interaction with HVAC and water systems, including:

COVID and HVAC Operations, where we partnered with ENERGY STAR to talk about building operations during the pandemic
MERV-13 Filter Guidance with Servidyne, where we partnered with Gridium to discuss recommendations and considerations for high-efficiency filtration in commercial office buildings
ARC 101, an upcoming USGBC webinar on the ARC platform and the new ARC Re-Entry program to help properties document Coronavirus preparedness

We’re excited and honored to be able to help owners and operators better understand the official guidance on building operation best practices for COVID-19 prevention.

Interested in getting some individualized help at your property? We now offer Building Readiness and Re-Entry Assessments which help buildings manage re-entry and ongoing operations during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. These assessments evaluate your existing HVAC and plumbing systems and provide guidance on building readiness in accordance with recommendations from ASHRAE, CDC, and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Our evaluation considers many recommendations, including:

  • Outside air ventilation quantities, operating modes, and resultant air changes per hour
  • Filter efficiency
  • HVAC operating schedules and flush-out periods
  • Domestic hot water temperatures and circulation modes
  • Water system flush-out

If you would like to discuss building re-entry strategies or other Coronavirus situations at your property, please contact us at info@servidyne.com.
