Setting Standards That Get Standing Ovations.

Servidyne has made a pledge to improve the environment in as many ways as possible. Part of this promise stems from our membership with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). A recent study by the New Buildings Institute (NBI) validates the benefits of green buildings. Results show that new buildings with LEED certification on average perform up to 30 percent better than non-LEED certified buildings in terms of energy use. The study also reveals that higher levels of LEED certification, such as Gold and Platinum, have higher savings – an average energy savings of almost 50 percent.

Most recently, Servidyne assisted a customer in earning a LEED-EB Gold Rating. This is the first commercial office building in Florida to receive this prestigious distinction!
