Todd Jarvis
President and CEO
Mr. Jarvis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Servidyne Systems, LLC. He joined the Company in 2003, and has been in the energy services industry for more than 18 years. Mr. Jarvis holds a degree of Bachelor of Science/Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business from Mississippi State University.
Rick Paternostro
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Paternostro, a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of Georgia has served in various accounting, financial and operating roles since joining the Company in 1997. During his tenure, he has served as the Company’s Controller, as Chief Financial Officer of a Company subsidiary, as Vice President of Financial Operations, and most recently as Vice President of Operations of Servidyne.
George Plattenburg, PE
Senior Vice President, Sales
Mr. Plattenburg is Sr. Vice President of Sales and brings more than 20 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainability. Previous to Servidyne, he served as Vice President of Operations at Prenova, an energy services firm, and prior to that was a leader of sales and strategy at Duke Solutions, Duke Energy’s retail services company. Mr. Plattenburg holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a registered Professional Engineer.
Jim Gieselman, PE
Vice President, Engineering Services
Mr. Gieselman serves as the Vice President Engineering Services for Servidyne Systems, LLC. With over 25 years experience in the engineering field, he performs energy and HVAC system analyses for commercial and institutional facilities. Mr. Gieselman has worked for places such as The Trane Company and QualPro, Inc. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Georgia State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of ASHRAE.
Barry Abramson, PE
Senior Vice President
Mr. Abramson joined the Company in 1981 and is Senior Vice President of Servidyne Systems, LLC. He has exceptional experience in improving the energy efficiency, environmental impact and economic performance of buildings. Mr. Abramson provides energy and sustainability consulting services for commercial and institutional facilities.
With 30 years experience in this field, he has consulted for many government and private sector organizations. He leads Servidyne’s partnership with ENERGY STAR® and has been involved in the program since its inception. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University in 1978. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 14 states and a LEEDTM Accredited Professional. Mr. Abramson is a corresponding member of the LEED for Existing Buildings Committee and the Technical Advisory Group on Energy and Atmosphere of the U.S. Green Building Council.
Jim Dore
Vice President, Sales Group Services
Mr. Dore has more than 15 years consulting, marketing, and sales experience. He has been a lead sales person and general manager for over $15 million in project lighting construction. He also has extensive experience in project design, energy analysis, as well as financing and post implementation customer care. With his strong background in sales management, and marketing Mr. Dore brings an important asset to the long-term growth and development of our organization.
Chris Cutcliff
Director of Operations
Mr. Cutcliff brings more than 20 years of experience in direct Building Automation Control, Mechanical / Construction related industry experience and Business Development / Management. Mr. Cutcliff has been involved with all phases of design build, performance contracts, new construction, service and energy related projects. He has held Operations Management, Senior Project Management, Sales, and Technical positions in areas related to Performance Contracting, Energy Management, and Design & Build development. Mr. Cutcliff is a Graduate of Nation Education Center, and holds an Associates degree for Electronic Electrical Engineering. Mr. Cutcliff has been a member of ASHRAE, BOMA, ASHE and has held a mechanical license in the state of Alabama. His responsibilities include P & L, Project Development (Lighting, Mechanical, Retro-commissioning, and more) and execution of all projects within the Servidyne organization. Mr. Cutcliff is the direct manager of all operations associates.
Jim Josephson
Vice President, Sales Fifth Fuel Management
Mr. Josephson is Vice President of Sales responsible for Fifth Fuel Management, Servidyne’s demand response service offering. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and in building strategic relationships with utility companies, industrial and commercial clients. Prior to Servidyne, Mr. Josephson held Vice President of Sales positions with Energy Advantage, an energy services firm, and Duke Solutions, a subsidiary of Duke Energy. Mr. Josephson holds a BA in Economics from Union College in New York.
