Position Title: Director of Sales
(1 position for Southern California)
Reports To: Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the process that originates new business in all the energy solutions areas of the company. Servidyne provides engineering services, lighting retrofit project services, and energy and infrastructure project services that deliver energy efficiency solutions to end users in the government, hospitality, corporate real estate, healthcare, and light industrial markets. Our energy solutions optimize facility performance at every stage of the lifecycle of a building. Servidyne makes these solutions available by delivering services directly to energy end users, as well as indirectly as a subcontractor to larger energy services companies (ESCOs). We are searching for a creative, intelligent, and highly motivated sales professional to join our team in this critical position.

Position Title: Project Development Engineer
Reports To: Director of Project Development
Under general direction, the Project Development Engineer develops energy savings projects using internal and external partners. The primary responsibility of the Project Development Engineer is to support Servidyne’s efforts to develop and engineer energy saving capital projects. Provide engineering and financial support on large complex projects, and provide engineering solutions which support Servidyne’s product and service offerings. Also, to provide specific functional and technical expertise, including presentation assistance, estimating, technical and financial analysis, etc. and to leads the integration between project development, sales, operations and virtual partner organizations.

Position Title: Lighting Project Developer
Reports To: Lighting Development Manager
The Lighting Project Developer provides engineering, technology and project solutions to the hospitality, REIT, corporate real estate and industrial markets that optimize facility performance at every stage of the lifecycle of a building. The primary responsibility of the Lighting Project Developer is to provide specific functional and technical expertise, including presentation assistance, estimating, development, technical and financial analysis, etc. on lighting project opportunities.

The Project Engineer provides energy consulting engineering services to Servidyne’s commercial and institutional customers. The primary responsibility of the Project Engineer is to provide an array of engineering solutions that improve the performance and efficiency of customer’s building mechanical and energy consuming systems. This position delivers energy expertise based on demonstrated technical excellence, creativity, integrity and customer service, and confers with clients to determine scope and nature of services required.

Position Title: Program Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
The Program / Project Manager coordinates all efforts on customers assigned in the implementation of energy retrofit and capital replacement projects, to Servidyne’s commercial and institutional clients. The Program / Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all efforts of work for assigned customers. This includes: accounting, engineering, estimating, project development, request for proposal (RFP) process, management of subcontractors, creating & managing schedule, coordinate & manage other departmental labor resources as need on assigned projects. This position works with clients and other team members to gather and disseminate needed information; act as the main contact for communications with the client; and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the assigned project on time and within budget.

The Retro-Commissioning Agent provides on-site consulting services to improve the efficiency and functionality of building mechanical and control systems. The primary responsibility of the Retro-Commissioning Agent is to provide on-site consulting services to assist in troubleshooting HVAC operational problems and control system functioning.

Position Title: Project Administrator

The Project Administrator provides administrative support to assist Servidyne’s operations team in the completion of customer projects. The Project Administrator is responsible for project document control, data entry, billing, contract monitoring, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to closely interact with the Program and Project Managers and assigned project staff to assist with the timely completion of each project.
